CASSOULET (or Sausage and Bean Casserole)
 
You will need:
 
450g Blue Pig Toulouse Sausage
100g Blue Pig Pancetta
Tin of Tomatoes
Tin of Canellini or simaliar drained
An onion
A couple of carrots
Ditto celery
Herbs of your choice
