Come to the Yorkshire day festival at Harewood House and see Andrew from the Blue Pig company make sausages in the deliciously Yorkshire marquee. The demonstration will begin at 2.15pm and will show how we turn chunks of the finest rare breed pork into the best sausages in Yorkshire.
