		<description>I visited the Yorkshire Show and I saw the sausage making presentation, which was very enjoyable.  

I purchased some classic pork sausages, which were without a doubt the "BEST" sausages I have ever tasted.

Can't wait to try the rest of your products.

		<description>Yes we use a range of herbs and spices in our sausages as well as sun dried tomatoes and even chunks of our own black pudding in our pork grainy mustard and black pudding sausages.In fact in my opinion the best sausage we make is our country herb flavour,I would love to tell you what was in it but as with all the best recipes it is a secret and if i told you i would have to kill you!</description>
