A Christmas favourite The Blue Pig Company Gammon Joint. Dry cured off the bone for three weeks to a give a classic English ham. The joint requires soaking overnight before cooking.

Had the larger of the two gammons roasted for a buffet on Boxing Day and we have to say that it was the tastiest ham we have ever eaten. Fortunately there is still one in the freezer. Thanks ever so much. Will be in touch again when we run out.
