For all you lovers of our products we can now be found in Hawes. The brand spanking, newly opened Wensleydale Creamery visitor centre is now stocking  products from The Blue Pig Company. To celebrate we have created a new sausage that can only be found in Hawes.

   The Wensleydale Creamery has recently developed an award winning blue cheese: Jervaulx Blue. Naturally as it is made in God,s own country we consider it to be a fantastic addition to the food from the Dales. So we have paired it with our pork and come up with a Pork and Jervaulx Blue sausage. Pork and blue cheese are natural partners and to have two products from the Dales, made from ingredients and livestock grown in the Dales seems a perfect match.

So please get up to Hawes and try the Pork and Jervaulx Blue sausage. We are sure you will enjoy them as much as we did in our taste testing at home! All in the interest of research you understand.
